Kaldera Photography

1. PHOTOSHOOTS

After your photoshoot, you’ll receive a private gallery link by email within 5 working days. It can take longer depending on the workload of the team but never longer than a month.
If you’d like your photos sooner, a rush delivery option is available for an additional fee.

All sessions listed on our website are designed for 1 to 4 people.
For groups larger than 6, we recommend booking at least 1h30, and for groups of 10 or more, a 2-hour session ensures enough time for everyone.

2. PICTURE DELIVERY

All photos are professionally edited and delivered as high-resolution 3600px JPG files.
We do not provide unedited RAW files.

Images are licensed for personal use only (albums, prints, social media, etc.).
For commercial or promotional purposes, please contact us directly to arrange a proper agreement.

While we typically deliver within 5 working days, during high season it may take up to 2–3 weeks.

If you ever lose your gallery, we keep an archive of all sessions. A €50 recovery fee applies for retrieving files.

3. PAYMENT

You may choose to pay the full amount upfront or secure your booking with a 10% deposit. The balance is due at the end of the photoshoot.

Payments can be made online through your confirmation email or directly via credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or cash.

All prices include taxes and fees, and an invoice is automatically sent once payment is completed.

Unpaid balances may incur a 20% late payment fee if not settled within a reasonable time.

4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

You can manage cancellations or date changes directly from your booking confirmation email.

  • More than 10 days before: Full refund minus the 10% non-refundable booking fee.

  • Within 10 days: 50% refund.

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: Full payment due.

In genuine emergency cases (flight cancellations, illness, natural disaster, etc.), only the 10% booking fee will be retained.

Delays of more than 10 minutes and without notice at the meeting point may be considered a no-show.
Cancellations made within 24 hours after booking are eligible for a full refund regardless of the shoot date.

Refunds may be subject to transaction fees charged by payment providers (e.g. Stripe).

5. ADD-ONS & EXTRA SERVICES

During booking, you can choose optional extras such as transportation, flowers, makeup, hairstyle.

  • Transportation is not included in the photoshoot price. We can arrange a private transfer through our partners or personally, depending on the schedule.

  • Hairstyling and Makeup prices are per person and at the artist’s salon (in Oia or Fira). On-location services at your hotel are available at an additional cost.

  • Flowers can be ordered in advance — just share your inspiration photos and budget, and we’ll coordinate the rest with our florist.

6. PRIVACY & DATA USE

At Kaldera Photography, we take your privacy seriously.
We only collect the personal information necessary to process your booking (name, contact details, payment information, and session details).

Your data is stored securely and never shared or sold to third parties, except when required to process your booking (for example, payment providers or service partners like makeup artists or drivers).

By booking a session, you agree that Kaldera Photography may use selected images from your shoot for portfolio or promotional purposes (such as our website, Instagram, or printed material).
If you prefer to keep your photos fully private, simply let us know in writing before or after your session — we will respect your choice completely.

You can request deletion or modification of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.
